Dhaka International Operation & Maintenance Co. has been around for over a decade now, working across Dhaka, Bangladesh and helping businesses keep their facilities running the way they should. We started as a facility management company and grew into something broader — today we handle everything from technical product supply and engineering installation to maintenance, cleaning, and manpower outsourcing for corporate clients.

Our clients range from local businesses to foreign and multinational companies operating here in Bangladesh. What they all want, more or less, is the same thing: a workplace that's safe, clean, and functions properly without them having to chase five different vendors to make that happen. That's really what we try to give them.

We don't believe in cutting corners. Our people are trained, our equipment is modern, and we've picked up a lot of practical know-how over the years about what actually works and what doesn't when you're maintaining real buildings with real problems. Whether it's sourcing the right equipment, installing it properly, keeping it maintained, cleaning the space, managing the landscaping, dealing with pests, or supplying extra staff when a client needs to scale up quickly — we try to be the one call they need to make, not the first of many.

Product Supply & Installation — We find the right products for what a client actually needs, then handle the installation and setup ourselves, properly, from start to finish.

Maintenance Services — Buildings, electrical systems, substations, IT setups, CCTV, fixtures — if it needs regular upkeep to keep working, our technicians handle it.

Cleaning & Facility Care — Regular cleaning, deep cleaning, gardening, landscaping, pest control — the everyday work that keeps a place actually pleasant to be in.

Manpower & Additional Support — When a client needs extra hands — skilled, semi-skilled, or general support staff — for a short project or an ongoing need, we supply people who are ready to work.
